In 2007, a helpless dog was brought from the streets and left tied onto a rope in an art gallery by a sicko man who claim to be an artist he himself. (Guillermo Vargas Habacuc) Visitors and Guillermo Vargas Habacuc watched on as the poor dog was left to starve to death. ):
Sadly, the Visual Arts Biennial of the Central American decided that the action was actually an art and Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat the cruel act once again this year.
